3) How do I uninstall the ALOT Toolbar?

Uninstalling is simple and will take less than a minute.

Firefox:
1. Click Tools on the top of the Firefox browser. Then click Add-ons.
2. Select the ALOT Toolbar if it is not already highlighted. Then click on the Uninstall button for the ALOT Toolbar and it will be uninstalled from your Firefox browser.
3. Click the Uninstall button to confirm you want to uninstall the ALOT Toolbar.
4. The dialog will then indicate that the ALOT Toolbar will be uninstalled when Firefox is restarted. To complete the uninstall, close and then reopen your Firefox browser.

Internet Explorer:
1. Go to the Start menu located on the bottom left corner of your computer. Click on Control Panel.
2. Please double-click on Add or Remove Programs which is located in the Control Panel window.
3. Select the ALOT Toolbar. Then click on the Change/Remove button.
4. Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to complete the uninstallation.

6) I use Norton Internet Security, Zone Alarm, or similar firewall/proxy software and am having trouble downloading the Joydesk Games Toolbar. What should I do?

Temporarily disable your firewall/proxy software and try the download again. You can reactivate your firewall/proxy software once you have downloaded the Joydesk Games Toolbar.

7) I just installed the Joydesk Games toolbar but can't find it - where did it go?

Please be aware that if you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer or Firefox, the Joydesk Games toolbars will not install correctly. If you are using Internet Explorer and can not view your installed toolbar, click on View->Toolbars->ALOT Toolbar and then repeat those steps a second time. Once clicked twice, the ALOT toolbar should appear.
